Learners will be taken through of the ‘joined up view’ of how the strategic process should work, underpinned by alarge selection of tools, techniques, and frameworks that will help them tailor a plan to their organizational needs including the Balanced Scorecard, Value Chain Analysis, Strategy Clock and TOWS analysis.
